- Dispatch maintenance Personnel when needed
- Complete evictions if needed and act as
your representative
- Complete all necessary forms including
rental applications, leases, move in/ out forms, pet agreements,
eviction notices, etc, to be sure all our T's are crossed

- Provide lawn care, snow plowing, and maintenance
at a discount with a signed contract
- Collect your monthly rents from each tenant
- Complete property inspection periodically
and assure tenants are maintaining the property and adhering
